Positive/Negative

For the first part of this assignment we were asked to explore the nature of negative space to visually interpret a subject. We chose our 3 subjects from a list of words.

How To Use A Scanner

For this assignment we were asked to scan 1 black and white image using line art mode, 1 image using greyscale mode and 1 napkin scanned as line art mode using various dpi settings and present our findings as well as make note of the variations in file size.

We were asked to create 'typographic portraits' for various words using the letters in our name.
